At BayRaye, we work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping details below.
Shipping Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
Once a package leaves our store and is handed off to USPS or UPS, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. BayRaye is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or items marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, a claim must be filed directly with the shipping provider:
BayRaye cannot control shipping speeds or delivery times once the package is in the carrier’s possession, and shipping fees will not be refunded if the carrier does not meet their estimated delivery timeframe. For any delivery concerns, please contact the carrier directly.
Tracking Information
Tracking details are typically available within 1–3 business days after your order ships. If your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please reach out to the shipping carrier for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. BayRaye is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel it. The only exception is if an order is canceled and issued store credit at our discretion.
