BayRaye Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from BayRaye! If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

For local pickup orders, you must contact us within 7 days of the order being marked fulfilled to request a return.

Store Credit

All approved returns will be issued store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories

  • Swimwear

  • Shoes

Return Condition

Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for store credit. Items must be:

  • Unworn with tags still attached

  • Free of makeup, stains, smoke odor, or excessive pet/human hair

Returns that do not meet these standards may be denied or receive partial credit.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please email shopbayraye@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery and include a photo of the damage. If we are not notified within this timeframe, the item will no longer qualify for return or replacement.

Color & Pattern Variations

Due to lighting, photography, and screen settings, colors may appear slightly different in person. Pattern placement may also vary. These differences are not considered defects.

Monthly Return Limit

Because BayRaye carries limited inventory and small-batch styles, customers may return up to 5 items per month.

This policy helps us manage inventory responsibly and continue offering unique pieces without adopting the return practices of large retailers.

Shipping & Combined Orders

We’re happy to combine orders placed close together whenever possible.

Free shipping applies only when a single order totals $100 or more at checkout. Multiple smaller orders cannot be combined afterward to reach the free shipping threshold.

If we combine multiple orders into one shipment:

  • If one order is $100+, additional shipping fees will be refunded.

  • If none reach $100, we will refund all but one shipping charge.
